Turn right into VIA S. C. D’ALESSANDRIA, straight ahead cross PIAZZA

DRIVING FROM SOUTH Exit the highway exit called FIRENZE SUD and drive along the river toward the center until you hit the ring of the boulevards. Turn right in VIALE G. AMENDOLA, PIAZZA BECCARIA, VIALE ANTONIO GRAMSCI, PIAZZALE DONATELLO, VIALE MATTEOTTI, PIAZZA DELLA LIBERTA'. In this square you will turn around a big arch. So, hold your left at first, but after the red light please hold the right so you can get the street straight ahead called VIA LORENZO IL MAGNIFICO. TURN LEFT at the red light of crossing VIA POLIZIANO, cross the boulevard and get VIA S. C. D'ALESSANDRIA, straight ahead cross PIAZZA INDIPENDENZA and at the flashing light turn left in VIA GUELFA. We are there ! DRIVING FROM HIGHWAY EXIT FIRENZE CERTOSA OR FROM HIGHWAY FI-PI-LI Reach and cross PONTE ALLA VITTORIA, follow straight ahead in VIALE FRATELLI ROSSELLI, VIALE FILIPPO STROZZI near the Fortress, then follow in VIALE SPARTACO LAVAGNINI. At the middle of this boulevard there is a red light. Turn right into VIA S. C. D'ALESSANDRIA, straight ahead cross PIAZZA INDIPENDENZA and at the flashing light, turn left in VIA GUELFA. We are there ! GARAGE with valet service We have an agreement with a garage that can pick up and deliver the car from the door of our Hotel. 24 Hours parking costs 25 Euro for a car. 35 Euro for minivans and deluxe cars. Valet service is included for arrival and departure. The clients should pay the garage with cash when receiving the car at the check-out. The garage is located very close to the hotel. Every day the garage is closed between midnight and 7:00 am. Parking Near Piazza della Libertà, with entrance in Viale don Minzoni there is a underground garage that costs 15 Euro per 24 hours. You will need to bring and collect the car yourself. By foot you can reach that garage in 15 minutes. FROM THE TRAIN STATION From the train station you can get a taxi that will bring you to the Basilea in 2 or 3 minutes. By foot (with light baggage) you can walk from the train station to the Hotel in 7 minutes. When arriving, exit the Train station on the left side. Turn left in Via Nazionale, turn right in the fifth street on your right: Via Guelfa. After 30 meters you will be at the Hotel Basilea entrance. FROM THE AIRPORT We suggest you to get a taxi that in 15-20 minutes will bring you to our hotel. Cost is approx. 17 Euro. |
